We are looking for a dynamic On-Premise Manager in Atlanta, GA to join our FIJI Water, JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, Landmark Wines and JNSQ team. The On-Premise Manager works independently and with distributors to manage top account relationships and to drive distribution and volume in the On-Premise business and Independent Retail channels.   • Develop relationships, build brand presence and execute key sales strategies to develop new accounts and grow existing business
  • Retrieve product and deliver to venues
  • Plan and execute FIJI Water, JUSTIN, Landmark & JNSQ brand programs in conjunction with distribution
  • Prepare and present proposals, profit planners, business reviews and staff trainings in key wine and water accounts to help drive sales
  • Achieve assigned distributor depletion and shipment case goals and revenue goals for all brands
  • Achieve department goals for new accounts and focus programs
  • Work with, train, and motivate distributor on company brands
  • Call on accounts both independently and with the distributor sales force
  • Expand current portfolio footprint in existing accounts and survey potential accounts for incremental placements prior to decision maker meetings
  • Drive visibility in independent retail accounts and support instore tastings to grow business and partnership
  • Work within assigned POS and travel budgets managing company funds professionally
  • Expect to spend 90% of time in trade, with 10% office time
  • Will travel 20-30% of the time, including overnights and weekends when necessary

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of relevant experience in beverage sales or related field
  • Strong knowledge of and commitment to the wine business
  • Possesses a proven history of success in the beverage industry or related field
  • Have strong connections/relationships with key restaurants, hotels and other On-Premise or Independent Retail accounts in the industry
  • Intermediate to advanced capabilities within MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Outlook
  • Work and participate in trade shows, events, wine dinners and conventions to include nights and weekends
  • Must possess valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is required
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, be able to lift 50lbs. with no restrictions and move heavy cases/objects
  • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption

Just as discerning as FIJI Water, our Sales team is seeking a distinctive sales representative that can lead and execute within market, channel and accounts by driving store level sales to support FIJI Water in the Annapolis, MD territory. This role is a unique opportunity to roll up your sleeves and jump right into owning your accounts from merchandising and bring forth your sales skills in the field.

A Day in the Life of FIJI Water:

  • Maintain territory as assigned through Salesforce to build/establish retail relationships.
  • Take initiative to expand space/presence on FIJI Water, Justin, Landmark and JNSQ products by building/moving displays and/or product to establish best location for sales portfolio
  • Rotate, stock all company authorized products as needed on every store call
  • Maintain schematic integrity, re-merchandising projects as needed including grand openings/re-models as requested by retailer
  • Develop/maintain relationships with retailer store/field operations personnel and supervisors to facilitate account penetration and achieve maximum sales, execution and participation on all company promotions and programs
  • Sell/up-sell and monitor retail distribution of a headquarter-authorized products for all stores in assigned territory as needed and as store situation dictates
  • Perform Consumer Wine Tastings as necessary for Wonderful Company Wine Portfolio in assigned Retail Chain Accounts
  • Execute/maintain/monitor all company-driven marketing initiatives and programs for all stores in assigned territory as applicable including maintenance of POS and coupon/tie-in programs as assigned

Qualifications

Your Successful Sales Experience:

  • Prior sales and merchandising experience with beverage and/or grocery products
  • Strong relationship building skills with customers and internal associates
  • A positive attitude and customer service mindset to ensure internal/external partners receives quality sales support
  • Ability to be proactive in identifying issues, recommend solutions, multi-task, prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success working a structured schedule that begins each day at 7am
  • Clean driving record is required – a background check will be conducted
  • Ability to lift 50lbs. with no restrictions. The merchandising portion of the role is a physical job and requires a candidate who enjoys being active throughout the day.
  • Capability to commute within the territory boundaries as established and perform routine travel inside and outside the territory as required for sales blitz activity. May include some Saturdays.
  • Ability to proficiently navigate MS Outlook, Word and Excel is required
  • COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
