YOUR IMPACT

The campus recruiter will source and attract talented students to join our great brand. You will be required to identify and define hiring needs, source talented candidates through events and advertising campaigns, interview potential candidates, and create a pipeline of talented entry level candidates.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will:

  • Host in-house career days for students and recent graduates
  • Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand
  • Proactively screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships
  • Develop an internal college alumni program to help attract talent across
  • Report on recruiting metrics after every career event
  • Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities
  • Responsible for recruiting and maintaining a pipeline of talent for all entry level roles
  • Create and distribute resource materials for student recruitment and retention programs; develop mentorship programs; analyze trends in recruitment and retention programs; develop strategies for program evaluation
  • Build strong relationships with university career counselors
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies such as events and social media campaigns
  • Develop and execute social media plans/strategy with the marketing team. Post job ads and source potential candidates on social media groups
  • Design and lead internal internship program
  • Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
  • Manage all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation.
  • Requires up to 50% travel.

WHO YOU ARE
