This position is full-time, Monday – Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to gather support data to ensure invoice accuracy and also work through specific billing discrepancies
  • Provide input to policies, systems, methods and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function
  • Educate customers regarding the availability of receiving invoices and remitting payments through online applications
  • Monitor outstanding balances and take appropriate actions to ensure clients pay as billed
  • Manage the preparation of invoices and complete reconciliation of billing with accounts receivables

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent years of working experience
  • Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift schedule (40 hours / week) within the operating hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST from Monday – Friday including the flexibility to work occasional overtime based on business need

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.), using phones and computers as the primary job tools
  • Previous experience in billing OR collections

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Under general supervision of the Director of Implementation, the Implementation Specialist is responsible for coordination of all ordering and set up of new pharmacy sites for Genoa within designated community mental health centers.

If you are located within Midwest, West Coast US, and live near airport, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Works with pharmacy software contacts to set up new pharmacies in the system
  • Orders and coordinates delivery of equipment such as refrigerator, printer / fax machine, office supplies, pharmacy start-up kit, pharmacy references and prescription labels and packing supplies
  • Ensures all pertinent manuals, including policy and procedure, HIPAA and HumanResource manuals are available in the pharmacy
  • Works with the Director of Pharmacy Operations and Compliance Team to determine signage needs and order
  • Sets up all computers, phones, and equipment in preparation for Board of Pharmacy inspection
  • Communicates with licensing to ensure all requirements for state are met withset up
  • Communicates openly and honestly with co-workers and Director of Implementation to ensure all goals are met
  • Maintains regular communication with Director of Implementation, Construction Coordinators, and Field Supervisors to provide updates on pharmacy implementation progress
  • Other duties as assigned such as coordinating with local vendors for minor improvements needed within pharmacy

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and favorable driving record
  • This is position requires 100% travel

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience delivering training or working on technical documentation
  • Experience in pharmacy/health care and/or information technology
  • Experience and proficiency using handheld power tools and basic carpentry tools
  • Experience or willingness to learn low voltage electrical work
  • Knowledge of adult learning, training and facilitation, and Microsoft Suite (basic levelExcel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of company-Based computer systems (Proscript)
  • Basic understanding of low voltage wiring (i.e. Ethernet cabling, switches, and patch paneling)

The Senior Underwriter will analyze health benefit plan characteristics through case risk evaluation, and product pricing. Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $53,300 to $95,100. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $58,800 to $104,600.
