Our award-winning Customer Success team is on the hunt for an Associate Project Manager to join out growing team to help deliver complex onboardings for our Fortune 500 customer base. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Take ownership of various project management activities including managing meeting agendas and scheduling, maintaining project plans, managing project budget, and resourcing
  • Communicate directly with clients and internal project teams to ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and scope objectives
  • Track project budget and forecast finances throughout projects
  • Work closely with project managers to assist with project schedules
  • Support the services organization by running reporting for PMO data audits
  • Coordinate with project owners to ensure timely project updates are made

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 1+ years of Project Management or Project Coordinator experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing with the ability to make complex and technical concepts easy to understand
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and work cross functionally across all departments
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently, while being organized, efficient and process oriented
  • Ability to track project budgets
  • Able to manage competing priorities
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel required and experience with FinancialForce preferred
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • BA/BS Degree preferred

Seismic is looking for Sales Development Representative Interns! If you’re working toward a career in software sales post grad, Seismic has an opportunity to introduce you to the fast paced, high energy world of sales. We’re looking for hard working individuals with an academic focus on sales to join the Inside Sales machine for 10 weeks this summer.

What you will be doing:

  • Work with a current Sales Development Representatives on the team to navigate and prospect organizations within their territory and vertical
  • Build a pipeline using various sales strategies
  • Maintain a high volume of outreach via phone, or personalized messaging
  • Partner with Account Executives and Inside Sales Managers to strategize and fill pipeline
  • Responsible for tracking and recording notes in Salesforce
  • Not settle for average, always striving to exceed quota
  • Help out other parts of the business as needed

What you bring to the team:

  • A passion to learn sales
  • High energy, enthusiasm and ambition to grow in your career
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Familiarity with CRM (we use Salesforce)
  • Currently working towards your Bachelor’s Degree
