To accurately enter, research, transact consignment inventory data into SAP and the Access Database.

Your responsibilities will include:
⦁    Operates numerical and/or alphabetical key station to transcribe or validate data from various INDUSTRIES source documents to another electronic format.
⦁    Reviews input/output data to verify completeness, accuracy, and conformance to quality standards and specifications.
⦁    Prepares and maintains programs for automatic duplicating or skipping operations.
⦁    Interprets information from a variety of source documents to determine data to be keyed.
⦁    Maintains production records. What we’re looking for in you:

R&D Manager II  – Software

About the role:
Our Research and Development team is building the future of the operating room for urologists.  As the industry leader in surgical kidney stone treatment, we are on a mission to empower surgeons to treat more cases, more efficiently, with better outcomes – helping patients get back to their daily lives.

As software development senior manager, you will lead a high-performance team responsible for the design, implementation, and test of software and algorithms supporting a portfolio of connected medical devices.  This key role will lead best-in-class software development practices and rigorous, holistic product design in coordination with internal and external partners.  In return for your unique combination of big-picture perspective, ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team, and strong desire to win in the marketplace, you’ll be a trusted leader collaborating with some of most dynamic minds in the business.  All in an environment that encourages people to take measured risks, learn from mistakes, and push the boundaries of engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 5-10 software engineers.  Own strategy, planning, execution, and resourcing to achieve complex feature and product development success.
• Drive technical aspects of software development including requirements, design, implementation, test, and verification/validation.
• Ensure quality system compliance for medical device software development, champion continuous improvement, and adopt best practices.
•    Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
•    Support career development of your team, provide feedback and mentorship.
•    Manage change effectively.

Minimum qualifications:
•    BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
•    5+ years technical leadership and people management of at least 5 software engineers.
•    Proven track record of software product development and launch in a regulated environment.
•    Demonstrated strong cross-functional collaboration, influence without authority, and project management enabling highly effective project teams.
•    5 years hands-on programming experience.

Preferred qualifications:
• Proven self-starter who runs towards critical issues, ambiguous requirements, or loosely defined challenges with a demonstrated ability to rally teams to achieve business results.
• Multithreaded application development that includes testing and debugging C/C++ in Linux environments.  Experience with Qt a plus.
• Understanding of working within a quality system, IEC and ISO standards relevant to medical device software lifecycle and risk management (i.e. IEC62304).
• Background in image processing, signal processing, or control systems implementation a plus.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION SUMMARY

Assist Customer Experience management in identification, prioritization, and solution implementation for opportunities to improve Preventice products and Customer Experience services. Responsible for maintaining mechanisms for recording potential product failures, key measures of device performance, and collaborating with engineering and inventory teams to ensure recurring issues are addressed. Collaborates with Customer Experience training groups to provide subject matter expertise on device use and diagnostics.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor device and service quality trends through sustainable reporting mechanisms.
  • Identify and prioritize recurring patient reported issues. Collaborate across departments to identify and implement corrective actions by leveraging strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Analyze the performance of key customer impacting functions to quantify opportunities and results
  • Evaluation and maintenance of internal tools used to record patient or customer interactions in a manner which allows for categorization and trending of request types at an actionable level of detail.
  • Provide device subject matter expertise to Customer Experience teams through formal and ad hoc channels.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience training programs to ensure the most current device and tools content is documented and available.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory to ensure compliant solutions are identified.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
  • Advanced understanding of the use and mechanics of Preventice diagnostic monitors
  • Strong problem solving and diagnostic capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate across departments toward solutions which meet the needs of the customer and operation
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Professional phone and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and works effectively with others.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
