Lovingly has tremendous plans for growth and is building a driven team of Regional Sales Managers to help double our market share domestically and internationally. In this role, you’ll develop and nurture a regional network of florist partners and help them find the Lovingly solutions that are best for their business.

What you’ll do

  • Improve market share within your territory via in-store visits, industry events, and other key sales activities
  • Develop a strategy and business plan for your territory to meet organizational, team, and individual objectives
  • Assess florist partner needs and recommend solutions from our line of products and services, including e-commerce tools, point of sale technology, online marketing, and more
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on territory-specific sales planning and initiatives

Requirements

  • A growth mindset along with a genuine passion for sales
  • 5+ years of sales experience in B2B sales, field sales, or small business sales
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both in-person and online
  • Technologically savvy and able to leverage resources such as Salesforce, Salesloft, GSuite, and Docusign
  • A willingness to travel up to 50% to visit prospective and current partners

Nice-to-haves

  • Sales experience in a software/SaaS environment
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or French
