The Opportunity 

As part of the IT team, you will be responsible for improving the fabric of our IT Infrastructure, providing an excellent service to your colleagues while improving your technical and problem solving skills.  Our team of IT Administrators are responsible for installation/configuration and maintenance of the systems hardware and software and related infrastructure that supports our entire business. We enjoy working with each other, are open and honest, like to pair on work to share knowledge and are curious by nature.  

Key Responsibilities 

As part of the team you’ll be:

 Ordering and provisioning end user hardware (Dell Windows, Dell Linux and Macbook machines) 

  • Management of Replacement/Temp/Breakage machines 
  • Deprovisioning returned machines and troubleshooting issues 
  • Configuring hot desks for colleagues and ensuring that all office equipment is up to standard 
  • Configuration and maintenance of video conferencing rooms
  • Asset Management of hardware (barcoding/In Stock status etc.)
  • Remote setup of US Machines (using Bomgar)
  • Communication with new hire around machine requirements
  • Deploying of patching / software updates
  • Working with team mates to continually improve our working processes, participating in Agile practices training
  • Using incident tracking tools and assessing our throughput, you’ll be resolving help-desk calls
  • You’ll help us maintain a great documentation set and playbook

Candidate Expertise required 

  • A Diploma in Information Technology Support or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training 
  • Experience of building, configuring and maintaining Windows and Mac machines 
  • Knowledge of networking configuration and troubleshooting 

 Soft Skills 

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work as part of the team as well as taking ownership of individual projects

  • Experience of MDM for Windows, Mac and mobile devices

As a Project Manager at Four Winds Interactive you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of an implementation project. This role requires project management experience, time management skills, attention to detail, teamwork and desire to deliver excellent customer service. This role has significant impact on the ability to define and execute accurate and quality solutions for customer audiences and can affect retention.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully manage the three pillars of project management: scope, timeline, budget.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously (various ranges of complexity) per FWI defined processes.
  • Conduct customer kickoff calls/meetings, project design and scope reviews, status calls, etc.
  • Provide weekly detailed project status reports to clients (including burn reports as applicable)
  • Forecast project revenue dollars using task dates and budgeted hours (within PSA tool)
  • Address majority of project issues and resolve problems to client’s satisfaction.
  • Timely escalation of project issues to managers and leaders, and or appropriate resources for rapid issue resolution.
  • Identify sales opportunities (upsell); process change requests.
  • Contribute to team building and knowledge sharing opportunities.
  • Ensure timely hour tracking/reporting and expense report generation for all projects.
  • Proactive communication both internally and externally (adhering to 24 hours OLAs).
  • Other duties and process initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of successful software implementation, project management and/or configuration delivery experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project planning and reporting experience.
  • Experience with Project Management methodology/tools (scope management, budget tracking and analysis, risk analysis and management as well as change order
  • processes).
  • Experience working with array of external client resources from Project Managers, IT resources, and other departments including client champions and client executive leaders.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, PSA tool usage (OpenAir), timeline management tools (Smartsheet).
  • General knowledge of software development, solutioning, design, and sales processes.
  • Basic knowledge of digital communications including but not limited to computer hardware, displays and peripherals.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Leadership skills – leading by example, striving for excellence.

 Helpful for Success: 

  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Experience working in Professional Services Tools (OpenAir).
  • Knowledge of the digital signage business model, evolution and practices.
  • Desire to seek out improvement while balancing work load and change management curve.
  • Basic knowledge of FWI digital communications platform and ability to quickly learn new software applications and techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of FWI implementation services and the effort required to complete a variety of digital signage projects.
  • Experience with software pricing models.
  • Experience in wireframing solutions based on communicated client screen desires.
  • Experiencing facilitating client requirements sessions.
  • PMP Certification a bonus, but not required.

The Collections Analyst works with the Accounts Receivable Team to collect Past Due receivables. This role requires a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and an ability to handle a high volume of accounts. The Collections Specialist will need to maintain positive relationships with clients, the Customer success team and Billing team. This role will be supporting our customers and AR/Billing Analysts in resolving account issues preventing payment.   • Assisting in fielding and triaging incoming phone calls and emails for the Accounting Department – includes supporting customers by processing payments and Updating contact details.
  • Providing help posting incoming cash daily.
  • Researching and analyzing accounts prior to initiating contact, examine historical data, evaluate past collection efforts & billing practices.
  • Submitting customer requests to cancel services for review/retention efforts.
  • Reviewing accounts and cash application transactions for accuracy.
  • Working with Customer Success and Billing Analysts to clarify billing requirements preventing payments.
  • Determine most effective and economical means of collection for each account; apply standard due diligence practices to collect monies owed; compose correspondence requiring knowledge of procedures and practices in collections.
  • Maintain files on all accounts, documenting special needs and processes.
  • Manage multiple systems to understand full account history & escalate issues impacting ability to collect.
  • Recommend accounts to be turned over to collection agencies or for litigation; prepares report of historical data to substantiate action to be taken.
  • Troubleshoot systems related issues when they arise, present to managers and Business Intelligence.
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients regardless of current project status.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to conduct a large volume of phone calls as well as written communication
  • Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills required
