  • Be instrumental in the implementation of new ERP (NetSuite)
  • Oversee the month-end close process, accounts payable, and treasury operations
  • Lead a team of driven accountants, help restructure the department as needed
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all operational accounting functions

  • Plan, organize and coordinate the completion of annual audits
  • Continuously challenge and improve processes and practices aimed at increased visibility and communication of results, automation, and shorter yet more accurate close cycles

  • Assist with other special projects as requested by the senior leaders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 7-10 years proven accounting experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager
  • Sharp commercial/business acumen coupled with strong functional and technical knowledge
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP and applicable codes and standards

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (active or inactive)
  • Private Equity or Venture Capital backed company experience
  • Experience in NetSuite (preferred) or similar ERP
  • ERP Implementation experience
  • Self-Reliant, good problem solver and detail-oriented
  • Highly organized and analytical
  • Effective presentation skills on complex topics to leadership

Responsibilities

  • Developing creative and functional electronics designs based upon the needs of our clients.
  • Representing electrical engineering considerations within multi-disciplinary development teams
  • Providing insights into emerging technologies and uncovering, identifying and creating business and product opportunities for our clients during strategic conceptualization efforts
  • Creative conceptualizer with ability to effectively envision and communicate concepts
  • Developing innovative product concepts through a process of collaborative brainstorming and verifying feasibility with a combination of analytical tools and physical modeling

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering required
  • 2+ years proven track record in electronics hardware development
  • Experience with Altium (preferred) or other electrical CAD software
  • Experience developing microprocessor based electronics solutions
  • Experience integrating sensors into hardware solutions preferred
  • Experience developing actuation (motors, solenoids, etc.) solutions preferred
  • Experience developing hardware solutions for one or more of these communications protocols: Ethernet, SPI, I2C, Wifi, Bluetooth and other wireless protocols
  • Experience with printed circuit board layout considerations preferred
  • Experience developing and executing circuit board test plans
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to thoughtfully articulate and present technical ideas
  • Experience in a consulting environment preferred with a proven customer-centric attitude and personality
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities.

Job Description

DELVE is seeking a high performing Electrical Engineer, Junior (BDR) who combines razor-sharp communication skills and the persistence necessary to book meetings with prospects. The successful candidate will have a relentless work ethic and a desire to aggressively further business in an innovative, fast-paced company. Our ideal candidate will have a desire to learn how agencies work with their clients to apply data and insights. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and passion for business development; the ideal candidate will not be phased by hearing 50 NO’s before getting to one YES. This position is based in our Boulder, CO office.

Primary Responsibilities

The BDR will support the Revenue Enablement function’s new customer acquisition goals through a range of sales outreach activities including:

  • Identification of target accounts in DELVE’s core vertical markets. Currently those core vertical markets are: Travel, Not for Profit, Insurance, and Travel.
  • Identifying new contacts in prospect accounts that meet the defined DELVE Buyer Persona profiles.
  • Creation of outreach campaigns to target prospects through Email, LinkedIn and Phone.
  • Responsible for delivering Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s) to the DELVE Sales Executive.
  • Responsible for scheduling qualified meetings with new prospects for the DELVE Sales Executive.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the DELVE value propositions in phone conversations and emails.
  • Capture and manage all sales related activities in Salesforce.com
  • Working directly with our Sales Leader and Marketing to give feedback on messaging efficacy and input for new messaging.
  • Learn the ins & outs of DELVE Service and Technology offerings to strategically direct prospective clients toward best product fit.
  • Serve as a credible, trustworthy representative of DELVE and our products and services.
  • Communicate successfully with a diverse set of prospective clients and decision makers, across multiple verticals & business units
  • Maintain and enhance DELVE’s reputation as a leading expert in the marketing and advertising space

Qualifications

  • Prior knowledge of salesforce.com.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering qualified leads and setting meetings.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to consistently maintain a high level of phone and email activity on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Willingness to grow and learn by being proactive in outreach with a hunter mentality.
  • Willingness to embrace and support DELVE’s culture.

Prior experience in Martech is a plus.
