As an integral component of Cerner’s revenue cycle product offerings, Soarian Scheduling is an enterprise patient scheduling and resource management solution that optimizes the delivery of care services for patients in health care systems. Soarian Scheduling is in use by hospitals in multiple countries and is leveraged by thousands of users to schedule over 1.5 million appointments per month. The product area consists of multiple agile teams in Romania and the US. These teams work on implementing new features using full stack web development in addition to providing support for our existing clients with focus on quality and operational excellence.
You will manage engineering teams and own accountability for the design and code quality of our solutions including leading, supporting, and growing multiple project development teams. You will help develop the technical vision and strategy for project teams in alignment with the organization’s business objectives. You will help translate business problems into functional work estimates with interdependencies across teams, partnering with the product owner to build the solution’s roadmap.
Additionally, you will work with your team to understanding and implement policies, practices, and procedures within your immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team. This will include establishing and communicating team goals that support and advance team and department objectives, as well as proposing and leading process improvement projects.
Clients are at the heart of our business, and you will be engaging with US-based clients and Cerner representatives to provide troubleshooting updates and to communicate the ongoing status of issues.
You will be close to the code, with an expectation that you can write and review code for both new and upgraded solution in accordance with technical specifications and coding best practices. You will also be involved in software release planning and delivery, managing risks and issues as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field, or 4 years relevant work experience
- Plus 4 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:
- 2 year of software engineering work experience
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- At least 2 years People management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience.
- Experience in the following technologies:
- Java programming skills required and experience in use of Java
- HTML/JSP, Javascript, CSS
- Microsoft SQL Server
- DevOps automation concepts (Chef, Ruby, PowerShell)
- Experience developing software using Agile Methodologies
- Experience supporting external customers and supporting US-based clients

As a Senior Downstream Product Marketer on the Downstream Product Marketing Communications team, you will strategize, develop and execute product marketing communications that support client collaboration and communication. Job Description
Cerner’s Strategic Growth Consumer Strategy and Wellness team is hiring for a Advisory Sales Engineer. This role will be tasked with providing pre-sales technical support, including presentations, technical requirement analysis and proposals for current and prospective clients as subject matter expert for one or more software solutions or technologies. This associate will specifically be focused on a new unified communication platform within the consumer and wellness space. This person will help support our sales and operations team. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
