Breeze Creative is an interactive experience design company. We create individual and mass experiences at visitor and demo centers, museums, shopping malls and other public spaces. Our team of multidisciplinary designers, content developers, programmers, and producers, work hand-in-hand using cutting-edge technologies to turn the wildest and most creative ideas into reality. Breeze also offers a suite of interactive products. It is definitely a fun and challenging place to work at.

We are a small team servicing multiple clients from different industries around the world. We are growing and looking for a talented office manager that will manage the logistics of the company’s business and all office requirements.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. The manager should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, manage all logistics of purchasing of products, relationship with vendors and handling outgoing shipping to clients.

Coordination between the team, vendors and clients in order to reach best client success.

We are looking for a kind, smart and organized manager that could take full responsibility on Office activities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Logistics – Purchase products and shipping of our production systems.
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Systems assembly, handling and shipping to clients
