As a Supply Coordinator, you will grow Airspace by offering economic opportunity and flexibility to independent service providers.  You will ensure drivers are available where and when customers need them by developing and maintaining a high-quality driver network.

 Responsibilities:

                                                                            Job Description

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a strategic and results-driven role within Airspace. Our goal is to engage, retain and enable Airspace customers within a specific customer vertical. As a CSM, you are responsible for the lifecycle of a portfolio of Airspace customers post-acquisition, from customer onboarding and activation through to growth and renewal. Working in partnership with customers, you will aid them in achieving maximum value from their investments using the Airspace platform and product offerings enabling project success, retention, and renewal.

Responsibilities:

  • Use industry best practices to help customers with the adoption of the Airspace product and service offerings.
  • Partner with the customer to understand their business goals and help establish a transformational Business Roadmap.
  • Obtain an understanding of the customer’s business pain-points and work with the customer to understand how Airspace can address those needs and challenges.
  • Proactively identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the Airspace and customers teams to build a risk mitigation plan.
  • Be responsible for the customer’s success within Airspace, from successful onboarding, SOP creation to increased adoption of Airspace product offerings.
  • Report on the health status of your customer to the various stakeholders including C-level executives. The health status of a customer includes relationship (NPS), CSAT, operations and net retention rate.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders by networking with customers, partners, and other industry contributors.
  • Drive thought leadership and best practice, both internally and externally, around business transformation within the tech-enabled logistics industry.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest industry and supply chain developments, so that you can proactively educate and support your customers through change.
  • Deliver successful customers to the contract renewal cycle and lead the renewals process to minimize customer attrition.
  • Serving as the customer’s trusted advisor, advocating for their needs with internal stakeholders and finding win-win solutions for Mid-Market (MM) and Enterprise customers.
  • Ensuring high product adoption by mastering teaching the Airspace platform to help your customers get the most out of their Airspace experience and inform them of new features or services when available.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience.
  • Familiar with a CRM solution such as Salesforce.
  • Comfortable managing 30+ customers, holding regular QBRs and quarterly internal strategic reviews with the extended team.
  • Experience in customer facing roles; should be able to effectively navigate difficult conversations.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and project management skill set.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in all aspects of your duties; actioning quick and maintaining good follow up.
  • Capable of identifying issues and seeing them through to resolution.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presenter communication; must be able to talk through issues both internally and externally from operational level employees to the C suite of a customer organization.

  • Respond to external customers and internal managers regarding invoices and collections to ensure accuracy.
