As Assistant Project Manager at Adrenaline, you’ll provide brand and administrative support to the Creative Project Management team in a mix of digital and traditional projects. Project Management is the key link between Account, Strategy, Creative, Digital and Retail. You’ll support Creative Project Managers in facilitating integration and communication, managing projects through their respective lifecycles, and translating briefs from vision into reality. Working with the Resource Manager, you will align the appropriate resources for each project, proactively assess projects in order to identify obstacles, as well as brainstorm and implement appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of budget estimates.
• Prepare budget change orders based on changes in scope of work.
• Prepare weekly traffic and status reports as well as schedules and any other materials for internal meetings.
• Ensure that assets for each project are properly managed and archived on the server.
• Work closely with Accounting and the Account Management team on the creation of new projects, inclusive of job number requests and the set-up of server folder structure.
• Regularly monitor project workstreams, keeping track of timelines, budgets, margins and burn reports and alerting the Creative Project Management team of any potential risks.
• Manage vendor contracts and budgets, tracking vendor invoices and managing Purchase Orders.
• Assist Creative Project Managers in the continual management of project roadmaps.

Requirements:

• Up to 2 year’s experience within project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and a natural problem solver.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
